84 years later, a 100 year-old woman named Rose DeWitt Bukater tells the story to her granddaughter Lizzy Calvert, Brock Lovett, Lewis Bodine, Bobby Buell and Anatoly Mikailavich on the Keldysh about her life set in April 10th 1912, on a ship called Titanic when young Rose boards the departing ship with the upper-class passengers and her mother, Ruth DeWitt Bukater, and her fiancé, Caledon Hockley. Meanwhile, a drifter and artist named Jack Dawson and his best friend Fabrizio De Rossi win third-class tickets to the ship in a game. Free movies youtube watch full length titanic. The visual effects were unlike any I"ve ever seen. It combined a great story line with a stunning performance by Kate Winslet. Leonardo D. was not at his best. I liked him better in Catch Me If You Can. Billy Zane gave a great impression of seeming truly evil. Bill Paxton was a great archaeologist. I think Titanic deserved the eleven Academy Awards it received. The scene that got me going was when Rose had to get the ax to free Jack from being locked in handcuffs. It seemed so sad that Rose only knew Jack for five days before he died. The costumes made me think I was in 1912. The only downer was the length of the movie. Other than that, it was one of the best movies I"ve ever seen.

Apart from Titanic being one of the best movie ever produced it is also the second highest grossing movie of all time as well. A movie does not make 1.8 billion dollars world wide with out being incredible brilliant.
Titanic is more than just a movie about a ship that sinks its a classic romance love story about a rich girl and a poor boy. An unspoken love that could never truly be. The rich girl who is trapped in her high class elegant lifestyle forced to marry a wealthy man who she does not love. Then by happenstance she runs into Jack Dawson and their love develops from there.
The acting is magnificent. The movie was very well written and no expense was spared in bring Titanic back to life. Everything looks as elegant as it would have on the real Titanic. Parts of the story may be a bit cliché yet the movie is still very enjoyable.

Watch full length titanic movie free. This was a great film in most respects, but I didn"t like the choice of lead actor. They could have found ANYONE more masculine than DiCaprio to play the supposedly rugged, virile All-American boy. Some of the lines are just plain bad. "I"m the king of the world!
The special effects are indeed spectacular, but I found myself growing bored waiting for the iceberg to come. I have to admit that the fantastic sinking sequence is a good reward for being dragged to see the movie by your date and sitting through hours of love story.
7 out of 10, just because I don"t like DiCaprio.
